Our Mild Vanilla Hol Food with some cinnamon and ginger for an easy and delicious smoothie.
- 2 scoops Mild Vanilla Hol Food
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of ground ginger (optional)
For the smoothest possible shake, we recommend using a blender (an inexpensive Magic Bullet will easily do the trick), but a shaker cup with a circular wire whisk will also produce a very smooth product.
