Delicious and nutritious energy balls. Perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack anytime. If you prefer to skip the glaze, roll balls in cinnamon and a little extra Vanilla Hol Food.


  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Hol Food
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup nut or seed butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • For the glaze: 2 tbsp maple syrup & 2 tbsp melted coconut oil


  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor and mix
  2. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients with nut/seed butter, vanilla extract & maple syrup
  3. Mix together and roll into 1-2 inch balls
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes
  5. Combine melted coconut oil and maple syrup in a small bowl
  6. Once frozen, roll each ball in the glaze mix and freeze for an additional 3 minutes
  7. Repeat 3-4 times until glaze is as shown
  8. Store and keep refrigerated for up to 3 weeks
