These energy balls make the perfect fall treat. Enjoy for breakfast or as a healthy snack any time!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1.5 scoops of Vanilla Hol Food
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 8 dates (pits removed)
- unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients (minus the coconut) in a food processor
- Form dough into balls
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes
Tips
These energy balls are a little gooey and harder to roll - try using coconut oil on your hands when forming into balls.
